Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Business Strategy & Sales Manager to serve as a primary driver of our organizational growth. This is a dual-impact role: you will be the lead architect of our long-term market strategy while simultaneously serving as the engine of our current sales performance.
In this position, you won't just be managing a pipeline; you will be identifying new market frontiers, forging high-value partnerships, and building the scalable models that define our future. Requirements:
1. Strategic Growth & Revenue Architecture
Growth Modeling: Develop and implement 360-degree business growth strategies that align with long-term organizational goals.
Opportunity Mapping: Proactively identify new revenue streams, untapped market segments, and strategic partnership opportunities.
Forecasting & Budgeting: Prepare precise sales forecasts and manage budgets, ensuring that resource allocation is optimized for maximum ROI.
2. Sales Leadership & Performance Mastery
Target Attainment: Take full ownership of revenue targets, ensuring the organization consistently meets or exceeds performance benchmarks.
Team Orchestration: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team (where applicable), instilling a culture of accountability and high-performance closing.
Sales Pipeline Governance: Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract finalization, ensuring a high velocity of deal movement.
3. Market Intelligence & Cross-Functional Alignment
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer behavior, competitor maneuvers, and broader market trends to pivot strategies in real-time.
Internal Synergy: Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure that sales initiatives are supported by robust delivery and financial health.
Executive Reporting: Prepare high-stakes strategic presentations for senior management, providing clarity on current performance and future trajectory.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Proven track record in Business Strategy or Sales Management, with a documented history of hitting aggressive growth targets.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Leadership: Exceptional ability to manage people and processes in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
