Job Description:
Big Chief Media is seeking a high-octane Business and Growth Strategist to serve as the commercial engine of our creative powerhouse. We are looking for a mid-level professional who doesn't just "think" strategically but possesses the execution excellence to turn high-level insights into aggressive revenue expansion.
In this role, you will be responsible for moving the business from potential to performance. You will bridge the gap between our creative output and market demand, identifying untapped revenue streams, building winning growth models, and forging high-value partnerships. Requirements:
1. Revenue Architecture & Market Expansion
Growth Modeling: Build and lead the execution of scalable growth models designed to hit aggressive revenue targets.
Stream Identification: Proactively spot and validate new revenue streams, from branded content deals to IP monetization and digital syndication.
Customer Acquisition: Develop data-driven strategies to acquire new B2B and B2C segments, optimizing the cost of acquisition (CAC) against lifetime value (LTV).
2. Strategic Partnerships & Market Positioning
Partnership Ecosystems: Identify and secure strategic alliances with brands, agencies, and platforms that amplify our market reach and creative influence.
Competitive Intelligence: Conduct continuous market research and benchmarking to ensure Big Chief Media maintains a dominant and differentiated positioning.
Commercial Alignment: Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content production is aligned with commercial trends and advertiser demands without compromising artistic integrity.
3. Analytics & Operational Performance
Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales, marketing, and project delivery to ensure organizational speed and clarity.
Insight-to-Action: Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable recommendations for the leadership team.
Process Optimization: Identify friction points in the business model and lead cross-departmental initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 3–5 years of proven success in strategy, business development, or growth-focused roles.
Industry IQ: Previous experience in Media, Creative Agencies, or Digital Entertainment is a significant advantage.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Core Competencies
Analytical Grit: Strong ability to analyze market trends and financial data to drive decision-making.
