Job Description:

  • Assist in recording daily financial transactions
  • Support bank reconciliations and expense tracking
  • Manage filing, documentation, and general office administration
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Maintain petty cash and expense records
  • Support HR/admin tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Ability to use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Tally) – added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS tools
  • Good administrative and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 1 –  2 years experience in an Admin or Accounts support role
  • NYSC experience in finance/admin can be accepted
  • Experience handling petty cash, invoicing, filing, and document management is a
  • Plus.

Salary

N150,000 / month.
