Job Description:
- Assist in recording daily financial transactions
- Support bank reconciliations and expense tracking
- Manage filing, documentation, and general office administration
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Maintain petty cash and expense records
- Support HR/admin tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Ability to use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Tally) – added advantage
- Proficiency in MS tools
- Good administrative and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 1 – 2 years experience in an Admin or Accounts support role
- NYSC experience in finance/admin can be accepted
- Experience handling petty cash, invoicing, filing, and document management is a
- Plus.
Salary
