Job Description:

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Publish financial statements in time
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Basic understanding of budgeting, financial management, and billing processes
• Overseeing the billing process, including invoicing and utilizing billing systems
• Coordinating with healthcare providers and patients to ensure smooth service delivery
• Managing healthcare contracts and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Performing financial and analytical tasks to support the HMO's operations
• Processing complaints and resolving issues for members
• Monitoring service delivery and ensuring quality healthcare standards are maintained
• Interacting with the HMO community and explaining benefits, eligibility, and enrollment procedures.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc / MSc Degree with a minimum of 3 years of work experience.
