Job Description:

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals
• Assist in budget creation, management, and monitoring
• Generate financial reports (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow)
• Manage and process invoices, ensuring timely supplier payments
• Track incoming payments and prepare ad-hoc reports for stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Partner with HR on payroll, taxes, and benefits
• Review and approve employee expense reports
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance
• Contribute to financial planning, forecasting, and modeling
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
• Familiarity with supply chain finance regulations and compliance standards
• Advanced Excel and financial software skills; data visualization experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Close attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Work alongside executive management, HR, technology, legal, and project teams

Qualifications and Skills:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (ACA/ACCA is Compulsory)
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis (banking, fintech, or trade finance preferred)
