We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Accountant to oversee financial reporting, cost control, and accounting operations.
• The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong analytical skills and hands-on experience working within a manufacturing company (THIS IS A MUST).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
• Support budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Ensure full compliance with tax regulations (VAT, WHT, PAYE).
• Conduct inventory reconciliation and cost accounting specific to manufacturing environments.
• Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
• Maintain and update accounting/ERP systems with accurate financial data.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.

Requirements:

• BSc / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing company (MANDATORY).
• Strong understanding of cost and inventory accounting.
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP).
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• ICAN/ACA certification or in view is an added advantage.
