Job Description:
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor and reconcile project expenditures, budgets, and cost allocations.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Liaise with project managers to track the financial performance of ongoing projects.
- Oversee payroll, vendor payments, and receivables.
- Support internal and external audits.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of construction project accounting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills:
OND / HND qualification with 3–5 years’ accounting
