Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber and technically rigorous Senior Finance Manager to anchor our financial operations in Ikeja. In the fast-paced experiential marketing sector, success is defined by "Project Profitability Governance", the ability to maintain millimetric control over high-volume project spends, vendor payables, and client billables without losing operational velocity. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect" who can blend "Rigorous IFRS Compliance" with the "Strategic Partnering" required to guide sales and operations teams through complex budget cycles.

Your mission is to ensure "Absolute Fiscal Integrity and Future-Ready Financial Strategy." You will be the primary steward of the firm’s financial health: responsible for end-to-end accounting operations, rolling forecasts, and audit-proof documentation. If you possess "Advanced Analytical Grit," a track record of managing GAAP/IFRS standards, and the leadership ability to align finance with creative and marketing goals, we want you to drive our commercial excellence.

Requirements:

1. Operational Controllership & General Ledger Mastery

• End-to-End Accounting Sovereignty: Oversee all accounting functions, including the general ledger, accounts payable (vendor management), accounts receivable (client billing), and payroll with zero-error precision.

• Cash Flow Orchestration: Lead rigorous bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring to ensure liquidity matches the high-activity project cycles of experiential marketing.

• Internal Control Governance: Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

2. Strategic Budgeting & Business Intelligence

• Rolling Forecast Architecture: Lead the annual budgeting process and develop dynamic, rolling financial forecasts that allow the organization to pivot in response to market shifts.

• Project Profitability Analysis: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to analyze project-specific margins, ensuring that creative concepts are backed by sustainable financial plans.

• Business Partnering: Act as a strategic advisor to departmental heads, translating complex financial data into actionable insights for operational growth.

3. Reporting, Compliance & Audit Leadership

• High-Fidelity Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to the Head of Department, highlighting key performance drivers.

• Audit Sovereignty: Manage the end-to-end internal and external audit processes, ensuring the company remains in a state of "Constant Compliance" with GAAP and IFRS standards.

• Statutory Compliance: Ensure all tax filings and statutory remittances are computed and processed in line with Nigerian regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Proven track record in a Senior Finance role, ideally within Experiential Marketing, Advertising, or Media.

• Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS standards and advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAGE, QuickBooks, or SAP).

• Industry Context: Experience managing the financial complexities of project-based businesses and vendor-heavy operations.
