About Company:

Our approach emphasizes client satisfaction and high-quality service delivery, supported by a team of forward-thinking professionals who design, develop, and deploy tailored ICT infrastructure for efficient healthcare delivery.

Job Description:

We are seeking a high-precision and analytically sharp Accounts & Finance Officer to anchor our financial operations. In a complex economic landscape, success is defined by "Fiscal Transparency", the ability to maintain millimetric accuracy in records while ensuring every transaction aligns with internal controls and global accounting standards. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect" with 3–5 years of experience who can blend "Numerical Rigor" with the "Ethical Integrity" required to manage company assets and payroll systems.

Your mission is to ensure "Absolute Data Accuracy and Regulatory Compliance." You will be a vital engine for the finance department: responsible for real-time bookkeeping, cash flow management, and the generation of high-fidelity financial reports. If you possess "Advanced Excel Mastery," a background in ICAN or ACCA pathways, and a proactive approach to financial risk mitigation, we want you to drive our fiscal sovereignty.

Requirements:

1. Accounting Sovereignty & Ledger Management

  • Precision Bookkeeping: Maintain the General Ledger with absolute accuracy, ensuring all entries are categorized correctly and supported by verifiable documentation.

  • Transaction Governance: Manage day-to-day accounts payable and receivable, ensuring the organization maintains a healthy liquidity position.

  • Data Stewardship: Ensure all financial data is securely archived and easily retrievable for internal audits and management reviews.

2. Financial Intelligence & Reporting

  • High-Fidelity Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements that provide the leadership team with actionable insights into the company’s performance.

  • Budgetary Support: Assist in the development and monitoring of departmental budgets, identifying variances and suggesting corrective fiscal measures.

  • Trend Analysis: Use analytical tools to monitor financial performance metrics and predict future cash flow requirements.

3. Compliance & Risk Governance

  • Internal Control Oversight: Enforce strict adherence to internal financial policies and controls to prevent fraud, errors, or misappropriation of funds.

  • Regulatory Alignment: Ensure the organization remains in "Perpetual Compliance" with local tax laws (WHT, VAT, CIT) and relevant accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).

  • Audit Readiness: Coordinate the preparation for external audits, ensuring all schedules and reconciliations are accurate and timely.

4. Cash & Payroll Stewardship

  • Banking Operations: Oversee bank reconciliations and cash management activities, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved immediately.

  • Payroll Integrity: Manage the payroll and expense reimbursement cycle, ensuring employees are paid accurately and in accordance with statutory deduction requirements.

  • Vendor Diplomacy: Liaise with vendors and banks to resolve payment issues and optimize banking relationships.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of robust experience in professional accounting or finance roles.

  • Professional Track: Possession of (or active pursuit of) ICAN, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent certification is a significant advantage.

  • Software Mastery: High proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot tables) and modern accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP).

Core Competencies

  • Numerical Grit: Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to spot irregularities in large datasets.

  • Ethical Fortitude: High level of integrity and the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding financial records.

  • Organizational Prowess: Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet rigid reporting deadlines.
