Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performance Wholesales BDM Manager to spearhead our distribution expansion across Delta State. This is an aggressive growth role designed for a "Market Hunter" who can rapidly scale our wholesaler network while maintaining elite-level retention.
Your primary mission is to build a massive, loyal engine of wholesalers. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of wholesale management—from recruiting 50 new partners monthly to ensuring our Priority SKUs dominate the top-selling lists. If you are a sales professional with a talent for wholesaler development and a track record of hitting high-volume targets in the FMCG sector, we want you to lead our Delta territory.
Requirements:
1. Aggressive Network Expansion & Onboarding
Mass Recruitment: Lead the charge in recruiting and onboarding at least 50 new wholesalers monthly, ensuring 100% compliance with documentation and KYC standards.
Tier 1 Domination: Identify and partner with Tier 1 wholesalers to drive at least 30% of total Off-Trade volume, ensuring deep market penetration.
Onsite Distribution: Execute strategies to achieve 100% numeric distribution, making our products ubiquitous in the wholesale channel.
2. Volume Optimization & SKU Performance
Retention Strategy: Drive an 80% repeat order rate through proactive relationship management and business support for your wholesalers.
SKU Prioritization: Ensure our 3/3 priority SKUs are consistently featured in the top-selling lists of every wholesale partner.
Performance Gap Closure: Monitor NFTE (Near Field Technical Engagement) metrics and sales data to identify and close distribution gaps within 48 hours.
3. Operational Excellence & Market Intelligence
Data-Driven Reporting: Compile and submit precise weekly and monthly sales reports that reflect market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
Problem Resolution: Act as the primary troubleshoot for wholesale partners, ensuring all operational bottlenecks are resolved within a 48-hour window.
Off-Trade Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of Off-Trade (Wholesale/Depot) dynamics to outmaneuver competitors and secure "Share of Mind" with distributors.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of intensive sales experience (FMCG, Distribution, or Trade Marketing preferred).
Education: BA/BSc/HND (MBA/MSc/MA is an advantage).
Location: Must be based in Delta State and able to work Onsite.
