Job Description:

We are seeking a highly professional and disciplined Corporate Driver to join our team at Milano Properties. In this role, you are a vital part of our logistics and client-relations engine. You will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of our executives, staff, and high-net-worth clients to various locations and project sites across Lagos.

The ideal candidate must possess an intimate knowledge of Lagos island routes, a commitment to vehicle maintenance, and the professional etiquette required to represent a premium real estate brand.

Requirements:

1. Executive & Client Transportation

• Safe Transit: Transport executives, staff, and clients to designated locations, ensuring a smooth and professional journey.

• Navigation Mastery: Utilize deep knowledge of Lagos roads—specifically the Lekki, Ajah, and Ikota corridors—to avoid traffic and ensure punctuality.

• Traffic Compliance: Adhere strictly to all Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) rules and internal company driving policies.

2. Fleet Maintenance & Stewardship

• Vehicle Care: Conduct routine daily checks (oil, water, tire pressure, brakes) and ensure the vehicle is clean and presentable at all times.

• Scheduled Servicing: Proactively monitor and report vehicle servicing needs to prevent mechanical downtime.

• Logistics Support: Assist with administrative errands and light logistics as required by the operations team.

3. Documentation & Accountability

• Trip Logs: Maintain accurate records of all trips, including destinations, mileage, and purposes.

• Fuel Management: Track fuel usage and ensure all fueling records are submitted accurately for finance reconciliation.

• Professional Conduct: Maintain a high level of punctuality and a professional appearance, acting as a discreet and reliable representative of the firm.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 3–5 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or real estate environment.

• Licensing: Must possess a Valid Nigerian Driver’s License.

• Geography: Strong familiarity with Lagos Island, Lekki, Ajah, and Epe routes.

• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with executives and clients.

Location Preference

• Applicants must reside within or around the Lekki, Ajah, or Ikota axis for operational proximity.
