Requirements:
1. Market Penetration & Lead Conversion
Direct Outreach: Proactively promote and sell company products to new and existing clients within your assigned Lagos territory.
Lead Management: Diligently follow up on leads and navigate the sales funnel to close deals promptly.
Relationship Management: Build a loyal client base by providing exceptional service and maintaining trust.
2. Performance & Target Excellence
Goal Alignment: Achieve and exceed daily and monthly personal sales targets to unlock your performance bonuses.
Team Synergy: Collaborate with your unit to hit group goals and earn collective team bonuses.
Reporting Discipline: Maintain accurate records of all field activities and submit timely performance reports for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:
The Ideal Profile
Experience: Prior experience in Field Sales is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and "Street-Smart" interpersonal skills.
Attitude: High energy, confidence, and a "win-at-all-costs" professional mindset.
Tech: Basic computer literacy for report submission.
Location: Must reside in or near Lagos State.
