Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.
Job Description:
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Presenting, promoting, and selling products/services using solid arguments to exist and prospective clients.
- Maintaining positive relationships to ensure future sales and client retention.
- Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and closing deals that meet customer needs and company goals.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Experience working in fast-paced sales environments.
- Track record of building and managing a healthy sales pipeline.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales executive, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to communicate, make presentations, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the company.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, Marketing, or any related field.
- 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (B2B orB2C).
Salary
