Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performing Telemarketer to join our sales engine in Abuja. This role is designed for a persuasive communicator who excels at building immediate rapport over the phone. You won't just be "making calls"; you will be the primary architect of our sales pipeline—identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals entirely through virtual engagement.
The ideal candidate understands that every call is an opportunity to convert a "maybe" into a "yes." You will be responsible for managing a high volume of outbound activity, maintaining data integrity in our CRM, and ensuring that our property inspection calendar stays full of qualified prospects.
Requirements:
1. Outbound Sales & Deal Closure
Direct Conversion: Conduct high-impact outbound calls to potential buyers, sellers, and investors with the goal of closing deals directly over the phone.
Appointment Architecture: Transform inquiries and marketing leads into confirmed appointments for property inspections or high-level sales consultations.
Lead Nurturing: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule with database contacts and online inquiries to ensure no lead goes "cold."
2. CRM & Data Management
Database Stewardship: Update and maintain accurate customer profiles within the CRM system, ensuring all call outcomes and follow-up actions are documented.
Segmentation: Categorize leads based on investor type, budget, and interest level to enable targeted marketing efforts.
Reporting: Monitor and record call metrics to track progress against monthly lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
3. Market Intelligence & Professionalism
Subject Matter Expertise: Stay updated on Abuja's real estate market trends to provide credible advice and handle objections effectively.
Pipeline Contribution: Actively contribute to the overall growth of the sales pipeline by identifying high-value investors and sellers.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: BA/BSc/HND in any field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a telemarketing or outbound sales role, preferably in real estate or high-value financial services.
Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to handle rejection with professional persistence.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and basic office productivity tools.
