Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on Creative Lead to bridge the gap between abstract strategy and stunning reality. This is a leadership role for a maker—someone who doesn't just manage but actively shapes the visual and tonal output of the brand.
You will be the final authority on quality, guiding a "small but mighty" team of designers and copywriters from the first brainstorm to the final pixel. Whether you are art-directing a high-budget photoshoot or refining the micro-copy for a digital ad, your goal is to ensure that every asset we produce is beautiful, functional, and undeniably on-brand.
Requirements:
1. Strategic Growth & Revenue Engineering
Business Transformation: Develop and execute multi-year strategies to drive aggressive revenue growth and market share expansion.
New Revenue Streams: Identify and launch innovative service lines, wellness packages, and corporate partnerships that capitalize on emerging market trends.
Commercial Acumen: Oversee digital marketing, PR, and social media initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
2. Clinical Operations & Governance
Service Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless, "white-glove" experience for every client and patient.
Clinical Quality: Lead and mentor a team of clinicians, ensuring all services meet the highest international standards and local healthcare regulations.
Vendor & Partner Management: Manage a complex ecosystem of third-party vendors, lab partners, and ad-hoc staff to maintain operational continuity.
3. Financial Stewardship & P&L Ownership
Fiscal Discipline: Maintain full accountability for the business unit’s financial performance, ensuring strict budget adherence and margin optimization.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze revenue streams and operational data to identify efficiencies and drive profitability.
Expansion Strategy: Evaluate and implement sustainable growth strategies, including geographical expansion and facility upgrades.
4. People Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Talent Management: Attract and retain top-tier medical talent, overseeing recruitment, training, and succession planning.
External Relations: Represent Lifecheck at industry forums and maintain high-level relationships with regulators, professional associations, and corporate partners.
Internal Alignment: Foster a culture of accountability and excellence, ensuring Lifecheck’s objectives are synchronized with the broader organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: MBBS or a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management.
Advanced Degree: An MBA or Master’s in Business Management is essential.
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role involving full P&L ownership.
Sector Expertise: Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, clinical governance, and preventive health services.
Core Competencies

Leadership: Proven ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams and influence at the executive level.
