Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically elite Technical Sales Representative to anchor our premium vegetable seed division. In the high-stakes agricultural sector, success is defined by "Yield Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize the sale of elite seed genetics (Sweet Peppers, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Habaneros) with the clinical precision required for agronomic support, field trials, and market intelligence. This role is designed for an "Agronomic Architect" with a degree in Agriculture or Agronomy who can blend "Field Grit" (conducting on-farm demonstrations) with the "Technical Agility" required to guide farmers through the complexities of the growing cycle.

Requirements:

1. Agronomic Orchestration & Technical Governance

  • Technical Sovereignty: Provide high-fidelity agronomic support to growers throughout the entire lifecycle—from seedling nursery to harvest—ensuring every farm acts as a "Source of Success."

  • Yield Architecture: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the premium vegetable portfolio, matching the right seed genetics to specific soil and climatic conditions.

  • Field Reconnaissance: Conduct clinical field demonstrations and product trials, utilizing "Evidence-Based" results to prove the superior performance of our seeds to the local farming community.

2. Stakeholder Diplomacy & Relationship Logic

  • Community Stewardship: Build and maintain high-trust relationships with farmers, cooperatives, and agricultural stakeholders, positioning the organization as the "Source of Choice" for seed technology.

  • Client Advocacy: Act as a technical bridge between the grower and the organization, understanding their unique challenges to provide tailored solutions that foster long-term loyalty.

  • Territory Mobility: Navigate the assigned territory with "Logistical Agility," ensuring consistent presence and support at the farm-gate level.

3. Market Intelligence & Performance Architecture

  • Competitor Surveillance: Monitor market trends and competitor activities with clinical attention to detail, providing actionable insights to the leadership team.

  • Target Sovereignty: Achieve aggressive sales targets and expand market share through disciplined lead generation and high-velocity closing.

  • Fidelity Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, trial results, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in the product portfolio.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related biological science field.

  • Technical Savvy: Strong knowledge of Vegetable Crop Production (specifically Solanaceous and Cucurbit crops) is a significant strategic advantage.

  • Work Style: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and work directly in the field with farmers.
