Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and scientifically elite Medical Sales Representative to anchor our pharmaceutical presence across multiple strategic locations in Nigeria. In a competitive healthcare landscape, success is defined by "Clinical Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize deep pharmacological knowledge with the high-speed precision required for territory management, stakeholder diplomacy, and revenue growth. This role is designed for a "Market Architect" with a degree in Pharmacy or a related Science who can blend "Scientific Grit" (presenting complex data to medical professionals) with the "Technical Agility" required to deliver tailored presentations and meet aggressive sales targets.
Requirements:
1. Clinical Orchestration & Territory Governance
Prescription Sovereignty: Promote pharmaceutical portfolios to healthcare professionals, acting as the primary "Source of Medical Intelligence" to ensure our products are the first choice for clinical applications.
Territory Architecture: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for your specific region (Abia, Lagos, Kano, etc.), identifying high-volume opportunities and mapping out "Zero-Friction" routes for market penetration.
Stakeholder Diplomacy: Build and maintain high-trust relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators, positioning the organization as a "Source of Reliability" in the healthcare ecosystem.
2. Tactical Presentation & Audience Logic
Narrative Excellence: Create and deliver high-impact presentations tailored synchronously to the specific needs of the audience—from clinical specialists to procurement officers.
Technical Synthesis: Utilize MS Office to prepare data-driven reports and visual briefs that communicate product value with millimetric precision.
Product Advocacy: Stay at the "Forefront of Science," continuously developing technical expertise to handle complex queries from medical stakeholders with professional poise.
3. Performance Intelligence & Growth Resilience

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
