Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and analytically elite Sales Manager to anchor our inside sales engine in Lagos. In a competitive digital and remote sales landscape, success is defined by "Performance Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-frequency lead management with the clinical precision required for sales forecasting, CRM governance, and inter-departmental synergy. This role is designed for a "Sales Architect" with a BSc in Sales or Business who can blend "Leadership Grit" (building an open-communication team environment) with the "Technical Agility" required to optimize sales administration processes and analyze complex metrics.

Requirements:

1. Team Orchestration & Performance Governance

  • Leadership Sovereignty: Manage and motivate the inside sales representative team, fostering an "Open-Communication" environment that de-risks turnover and maximizes individual output.

  • Target Architecture: Set, track, and enforce clinical sales targets, ensuring every team member is aligned with the company’s "Source of Growth."

  • Talent Evolution: Provide high-impact coaching and research new methods to increase customer engagement, evolving the team into a high-performance sales unit.

2. Process Engineering & Analytical Logic

  • Workflow Sovereignty: Suggest and implement high-fidelity improvements in the sales administration process, eliminating "Friction Points" in the buyer’s journey.

  • Forecast Integrity: Prepare millimetric monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, providing the "Source of Truth" for the organization’s financial planning.

  • Metrics Intelligence: Report on sales metrics with clinical accuracy, utilizing data-driven insights to suggest continuous improvements in outreach and conversion.

3. Strategic Synergy & Compliance

  • Departmental Diplomacy: Liaise synchronously with Marketing and Product Development to ensure brand consistency and turn customer feedback into "Innovation Logic" for new features or products.

  • Policy Stewardship: Ensure all sales activities meet the organization’s finance and legal policies, maintaining an "Audit-Ready" standard across the department.

  • Project Governance: Coordinate department projects with high-speed accuracy to meet deadlines, ensuring that sales initiatives are executed without operational lag.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: BSc Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

  • Experience: Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Manager with an in-depth understanding of the sales administration process.

  • Technical Mastery: Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
