Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and analytically elite Senior Sales Executive to anchor the growth of Syinix electronics and home appliances. In the competitive Lagos consumer market, success is defined by "Channel Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize retail and distributor management with the clinical precision required for market mapping, competitor surveillance, and high-ticket corporate sales. This role is designed for a "Sales Architect" with at least 4 years of experience who can blend "Field Grit" (conducting market visits and product demonstrations) with the "Technical Agility" required for sales forecasting and pipeline engineering.
Requirements:
1. Channel Orchestration & Business Development
Distribution Sovereignty: Manage and grow high-trust relationships with key distributors, dealers, and retail partners, ensuring Syinix remains their "Source of Choice" for electronics.
Opportunity Engineering: Identify and capture new business streams across retail, distribution, and corporate sectors, expanding our market share within Lagos and surrounding regions.
Demonstration Excellence: Conduct high-fidelity product demonstrations and promotional activities that clearly communicate the value proposition of our TVs and home appliances.
2. Market Intelligence & Tactical Surveillance
Competitor Governance: Monitor competitor activities, pricing structures, and emerging market trends with clinical attention to detail, providing actionable insights to the leadership team.
Field Reconnaissance: Execute regular market visits to assess shelf presence and brand visibility, ensuring "Zero-Gap" execution of our retail standards.
Campaign Synergy: Collaborate synchronously with marketing and technical teams to execute high-impact product launches and seasonal sales campaigns.
3. Performance Architecture & Customer Stewardship
Target Sovereignty: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and high-velocity closing techniques.
Forecast Integrity: Prepare millimetric sales reports, demand forecasts, and pipeline updates using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to drive data-driven decision-making.
After-Sales Diplomacy: Ensure an elite customer experience by managing follow-ups and resolving concerns, turning initial buyers into long-term brand advocates.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of robust sales experience specifically in Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, or FMCG.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Lagos distribution landscape and regional consumer behavior.
