SUPERVISORY MANAGER AT STELLAR INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIMITED

Recycling Ant is a company committed to environmental protection in Nigeria. We have eight transit warehouses all over the country while Ant Express has an advanced logistics system and can provide customers with professional services. Real-time control of the latest status in each transportation process of items, and excellent delivery, transit and transportation of items and Antshop Online is an E-Commerce and online Shopping destination.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

Assess the quality and efficiency of the work and promptly rectify any deviations:

• Provide guidance on team organization skills and performance evaluations, and assist employees in resolving workplace challenge.

Process Control:

• Strictly enforce company regulations and business processes, conduct regular inspections and record issues, and develop remediation plans.
• Track the progress of key metrics, respond promptly to any anomalies, and coordinate resources to address them.

Communication and Coordination:

• Report on the progress of team work, existing issues, and suggestions for improvement to superiors, and convey company decisions and task requirements to subordinates.
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration efforts and address feedback and concerns from customers or partners.

Optimization and improvements:

• Identify issues and lessons learned during the collection process, analyze pain points in the workflow, propose optimization solutions, and facilitate their implementation.
• Summarize the achievements and shortcomings of the work and compile a review report to serve as a reference for future endeavors.
• Recycling Operations Support Department (consists of a Training Department, Customer Service Department, and a Supervision Department).

Requirements:

• BSC or HND in Business Management is preferred
• More than 3 years of experience in business management and 5 years of managerial position
• Able to operate computers and use office software, with strong team management, leadership skill,organization, coordination, performance management, communication and interpersonal skills.
