FACTORY SUPERVISOR AT ONECO CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISE

Oneco Construction Enterprise is a concrete block manufacturing company focused on producing high-quality blocks for residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.

Job Description:

• Supervise daily block production activities and ensure set targets and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate machine operators, mixing crew, off-loaders, and curing personnel.
• Monitor and control the use of cement, sand and other materials.
• Keep accurate daily records of production output, material usage, expenses, and maintenance logs.
• Manage stock levels and issue materials as required.
• Handle basic administrative duties including petty cash records, staff attendance, and payroll support.
• Prepare simple daily and weekly reports for management.
• Assist with invoicing, delivery tracking, and customer coordination where required.
• Enforce safety, hygiene, and operational procedures on site.
• Report operational challenges, faults, or shortages promptly to management.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of cement block production processes.
• Must reside within a reasonable distance to the factory location (Ibeju-Lekki).
