Job Description:

• Brand Strategy & Management: Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to increase the market share of our yoghurt product lines.

• Integrated Campaign Planning: Design and implement 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital platforms, traditional media, and trade channels to drive consumer pull.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct rigorous market research and competitor analysis. Stay ahead of dairy industry trends and translate consumer insights into actionable product improvements.

• Trade Marketing & Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Sales team to enhance on-shelf visibility. Support field teams with point-of-sale (POS) materials and regional activations to meet sales targets.

• Product Development Liaison: Work with the production team to ensure brand messaging aligns with product quality and packaging innovations.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign ROI and brand health metrics, adjusting strategies based on data-driven results.

Requirements:

• Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, trade marketing mechanics, and consumer behavior analytics.

• Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills to engage both internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team and manage external agencies (creative, media, or research).

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within the FMCG or Food & Beverage sector.
