Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Sonographer to join the specialized team at Vina’s Ultrasound in Lekki Phase 1. In the high-stakes field of women’s diagnostics, success is defined by "Clinical Precision and Compassionate Care", the ability to deliver high-fidelity diagnostic imaging while maintaining a serene and private environment. This role is designed for a "Diagnostic Specialist", a professional with 3–5 years of experience who possesses a mandatory Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Ultrasound Sonography and a valid Radiographers License.

Your mission is to provide "Zero-Error Diagnostic Interpretations and Superior Patient Comfort." You will be the primary technical engine of the center: responsible for performing specialized scans, documenting findings with surgical accuracy, and collaborating with clinicians to support women's health. If you possess "Analytical Mastery," specialized ultrasound certification, and a "Patient-First" mindset, we want you to drive our diagnostic excellence.

Requirements:

1. Specialized Diagnostic Imaging

• Advanced Sonography: Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations following strict medical protocols, specifically tailored for women's health needs (Obstetric, Gynecological, Breast, etc.).

• Interpretive Stewardship: Accurately interpret and document findings, providing detailed reports that form the basis for clinical decision-making.

• Patient Orchestration: Manage patient preparation and positioning, ensuring every woman feels comfortable and informed throughout the scanning process.

2. Equipment & Safety Governance

• Operational Integrity: Safely and efficiently operate high-end ultrasound equipment, ensuring all hardware is maintained and calibrated for peak performance.

• Professional Compliance: Adhere to the highest ethical and health safety standards, ensuring a sterile and professional environment at all times.

• Records Management: Maintain meticulous patient records and imaging documentation, ensuring data privacy and immediate retrieval for follow-up care.

3. Clinical Collaboration & Communication

• Clinician Diplomacy: Communicate complex ultrasound findings clearly and professionally with referring clinicians to ensure a seamless care pathway.

• Service Excellence: Contribute to the serene and personal touch that defines the Vina’s Ultrasound brand, acting as a trusted professional for every patient.

• Continuous Growth: Participate in technical reviews and stay updated on the latest advancements in diagnostic sonography.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in diagnostic ultrasound sonography.

• Mandatory Education: A Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Ultrasound Sonography (must be obtained and in-hand).

• Licensing: A valid Radiographers License is mandatory.

• Exclusion: Please note that a Radiology-only background without ultrasound specialization will not be considered.

• Documentation: Valid University Certificate and NYSC Discharge Certificate.
