Job Description:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications, services, and APIs.

• Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps, Product Managers) to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Ensure applications meet performance, security, scalability, and reliability standards.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and design patterns.

• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

• Participate in system architecture discussions and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Support integration of third-party systems and APIs into enterprise solutions.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 5 years of experience.
• Must be experienced, ready to resume ASAP and trustworthy

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).

• Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in software development with a strong focus on Java.

• Proficiency in Java SE/EE, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring MVC), Hibernate/JPA.

• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

• Proficiency in build tools (Maven, Gradle) and version control systems (Git).

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
