Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact team at the ground floor of a paradigm-changing product. We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer who is equally comfortable in the browser, on the server, and within the CI/CD pipeline. You will be responsible for building the critical back-office portals and payment automation services that support millions of transactions. As a "Full Lifecycle" engineer, you will own projects from conceptualization to global scale, ensuring our internal and external customers experience world-class responsiveness and security.

Requirements:

1. Full-Stack Orchestration

• Frontend Engineering: Design and develop high-performance dashboards and customer support tools using React, Node.js, and NestJS. You will be responsible for translating complex UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.

• Backend Services: Build robust server-side logic using Node.js, Python, or Java. You will design the microservices architecture that powers our payment administration platform.

• API Design: Develop and integrate secure RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless, low-latency communication between frontend components and backend services.

2. Database & DevOps Excellence

• Database Management: Design and implement high-availability databases using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, with a focus on efficient data storage, retrieval, and encryption.

• CICD & Delivery: Leverage GitHub Actions and modern DevOps practices to build automated delivery pipelines that target multiple environments with zero-downtime deployments.

• System Integrity: Implement test automation best practices and monitor application performance, uptime, and scalability to meet high-volume payment demands.

3. Agile Leadership & Collaboration

• Cross-Functional Ownership: Take the lead on back-office projects, collaborating with designers and project managers to ensure solutions meet rigorous business and regulatory requirements.

• Security & Compliance: Integrate security best practices and regulatory standards (such as PCI DSS, PSD2, and AML/KYC) into the core architecture of our products.

• Knowledge Leadership: Participate in the Oncall process, engage in huddles, and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous technical evolution.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience & Education

• Proven Tenure: 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong preference for candidates from the Payments or FinTech space.

• Product Impact: A proven track record of launching and scaling financial products or high-traffic web applications.

• Agile Mastery: Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies for rapid, high-quality product delivery.

Technical Competencies

• Architectural Acumen: Strong ability to engage in system design, microservices orchestration, and cloud-based architectures.

• Security-First Mindset: Deep understanding of web security, API authentication, and data protection protocols.

• Analytical Depth: A data-driven approach to problem-solving and performance optimization.

• Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical leadership levels.
