Job Description:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Senior Accountant with strong corporate finance expertise to support financial reporting, planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
• The role combines core accounting responsibilities with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and transaction support.
• The ideal candidate will bridge accounting accuracy with business insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business
• Assist with capital expenditure analysis, ROI assessments, and investment
• Provides financial insights and recommendations to support business and operational decisions.
• Analyze cash flow, working capital, and liquidity management
• Supports the development of financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensures compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including tax filings and reporting.
• Monitors changes in financial regulations and supports implementation of required adjustments.
• Guides and mentors finance and accounting team members to build capabilities and improve performance

Requirements:

• Work Experience: 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, tax, and financial analysis.
