Job Description:
Strategic Lead Generation: Identify and engage high-potential prospects through networking, social selling, and targeted outreach.
High-Value Sales & Closing: Conduct professional property presentations and site inspections with prospective clients, skillfully handling objections and closing high-value transactions.
Portfolio Advocacy: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s real estate portfolio (land, residential, and commercial) to provide expert advice on ROI and property value appreciation.
Market Intelligence: Monitor real estate trends, competitor pricing, and emerging market locations to position our properties effectively.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain a robust CRM of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and providing excellent post-sale support to encourage referrals.
Target Achievement: Drive the 100% achievement of monthly and quarterly sales volume and revenue benchmarks.
Requirements:
Negotiation: Mastery in navigating price discussions and payment plans.
Networking: Ability to leverage existing high-value contacts and build new ones.
Integrity: Maintaining the highest ethical standards in property documentation and financial transactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales, Insurance, or High-End Luxury Marketing.
Communication: Exceptional storytelling and persuasive speaking skills; ability to communicate effectively with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
Closing Ability: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and closing complex deals.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp Business) and CRM tools for lead management.
Personal Attributes: High energy, professional grooming, resilience, and a "self-starter" mindset.
