Job Description:

• We are seeking a passionate and proactive Customer Sales Representative to join our growing team in the catering utensils rentals business.
• The ideal candidate is someone who loves connecting with people, can handle inquiries professionally, close sales with confidence, and ensure clients have a smooth and satisfying rental experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in, phone, and social media inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Educate customers about our rental services, pricing, packages, and terms
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and follow up on pending ones
• Coordinate bookings, ensure proper documentation, and prepare daily sales reports
• Manage customer expectations, feedback, and handle minor complaints gracefully
• Support dispatch/delivery schedules by communicating with operations team
• Promote our brand positively across all client touchpoints
• Upsell or recommend complementary rental items where appropriate
• Maintain an organized customer database for follow-up and marketing.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, WhatsApp Business, email, etc.)
• Good organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Must be punctual, trustworthy, and proactive
• Lives within close proximity to Yaba.

Qualifications and Skills:

• OND / NCE / HNDqualification (Females)
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales (event or rental industry preferred)
