We are seeking a high-velocity Sales Executive to drive the expansion of our internet and networking footprint. In an increasingly connected world, you aren’t just selling "data"—you are selling the critical infrastructure that allows businesses to thrive and households to stay connected.
Your mission is to own the full sales lifecycle, from aggressive lead generation and technical demonstrations to high-stakes negotiations and long-term account management. You will act as a consultant, helping clients navigate their networking needs with our suite of ISP solutions. If you have 3–6 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and a proven track record of smashing targets, we invite you to power our revenue growth.
Requirements:
1. Strategic Business Development & Acquisition
Lead Orchestration: Generate a high-quality pipeline through cold calling, networking, and targeted market research into the B2B and residential sectors.
Consultative Selling: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations that translate complex networking technicalities into clear business value.
Pipeline Velocity: Manage the conversion funnel with discipline, moving prospects from initial inquiry to signed contract through persistent follow-up and expert negotiation.
2. Account Management & Solutions Consulting
Relationship Stewardship: Build "sticky" relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring our solutions continue to meet their evolving needs.
Expert Advisory: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves to provide clients with the most advanced internet and networking advice.
Retention & Upselling: Regularly update the client base on new product launches and promotions to maximize Lifetime Value (LTV) and encourage referrals.
3. Sales Operations & Performance Analytics
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas as defined by the Sales Manager.
CRM Discipline: Maintain 100% accurate records of all client interactions, transactions, and forecasts within the CRM system.
Market Intelligence: Deliver data-driven reports to management, providing insights on market feedback, performance analysis, and competitive positioning.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Telecommunications.
Experience: 3–6 years of proven sales experience, specifically within the ISP or Telecommunications industry.
Track Record: A documented history of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
Technical & Behavioral Skills
Connectivity IQ: Strong fundamental understanding of internet protocols, fiber optics, and networking hardware/services.
Negotiation Mastery: Ability to navigate complex procurement processes and close high-value contracts.
Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Mobility: Willingness to travel for client meetings and a valid driver’s license is highly preferred.
