Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales division and drive aggressive revenue growth. Requirements:
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Architecture
Strategic Roadmap: Develop and execute sophisticated real estate sales strategies that capitalize on emerging property trends and exceed revenue targets.
Lead Generation Synergy: Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted campaigns that attract high-quality leads and high-net-worth investors.
Market Intelligence: Conduct continuous research on property pricing, competitor movements, and urban development trends to maintain a competitive edge.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Coaching
Salesforce Orchestration: Lead, coach, and supervise a team of sales executives, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and ethical selling.
Competency Development: Implement training programs focused on advanced negotiation, property presentation, and CRM proficiency.
Performance Analysis: Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports, utilizing data to identify bottlenecks and optimize team productivity.
3. Client Relationship & Transaction Management
Investor Relations: Build and maintain long-term, high-trust relationships with investors, institutional buyers, and property developers.
Closing Mastery: Coordinate high-stakes property inspections, presentations, and final negotiations to ensure seamless closures.
Regulatory Governance: Ensure all sales processes, property documentation, and titles comply with local real estate regulations and company policies
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or Marketing.
Experience: 6 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of property documentation (C of O, Governors Consent, etc.), land laws, and modern sales processes.
Core Competencies
Negotiation IQ: Exceptional ability to close complex deals and manage multifaceted client interests.
