We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- The Sales Representative will manage daily sales operations within the luxury gift showroom.
- This role requires a confident, articulate, and highly presentable professional who can engage clients, provide exceptional customer service, and drive sales through product knowledge, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- The position also involves stock management and ensuring the showroom maintains its premium appearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers in a professional and welcoming manner, ensuring a memorable in-store experience
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Persuade and negotiate effectively to close sales.
- Maintain accurate daily records of sales and transactions.
- Take stock, reconcile inventory, and report discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure the gift shop is always neat, well-arranged, and visually appealing.
- Support marketing and promotional activities as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND or HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in retail, fashion, or luxury sales.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage customer relationships.
Skills & Attributes Required:
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in retail, fashion, or luxury goods.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused
- Strong attention to detail, honesty, and reliability
- Self-motivated with a genuine passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
