Job Description:

We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and proactive Sales Merchandisers to drive the growth of our loan products. If you enjoy interacting with people, are comfortable working in dynamic market environments, and have a passion for helping small businesses grow, this is the perfect role for you. No prior experience is required—we will provide all the necessary training to help you succeed!

Requirements:

• Market Engagement: Spend your day in the field—visiting markets, shopping plazas, and small business hubs to connect with potential customers.

• Product Education: Clearly explain our loan products, repayment benefits, and how our financial services can help local businesses thrive.

• Onboarding Support: Guide interested customers through the loan application process, ensuring they provide the necessary information for quick approval.

• Target Achievement: Take ownership of your daily and weekly loan disbursement targets, working with a team to grow our customer base.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: No prior experience is required. We are looking for the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

• The "Field" Mindset: You must be comfortable working on your feet and engaging with shop owners and business people in busy, fast-paced market environments.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to speak clearly and persuasively with potential clients.

• Location (Mandatory): Candidates MUST reside in one of the following locations:

  • Lagos State: Ikorodu or Ifako Ijaiye.

  • Ogun State: Sango or Abeokuta.

  • Oyo State: Ibadan.
