Job Description:

Cormart, a subsidiary of the TGI Group with over 40 years of industrial excellence in Nigeria, is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive market penetration and revenue growth in the Bariga axis. We aren't just looking for people to take orders; we are looking for market experts who understand the construction and adhesive landscape and know exactly how to convert that knowledge into sales.

Requirements:

• Market Development: Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients within the construction, hardware, and manufacturing sectors in Bariga and surrounding areas.

• Product Advocacy: Demonstrate the superior value proposition of our Bond, PVC Glue, Sealants, and Waterproof Powder products to distributors, contractors, and retailers.

• Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring brand loyalty and repeat business.

• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed aggressive monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Market Intelligence: Gather feedback on competitor pricing, product adoption, and market trends to provide insights that help us stay ahead of the curve.

• Reporting: Submit regular sales reports, field updates, and forecasts to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the construction, chemical, or hardware industry.

• Market Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Bariga business landscape and a network of contacts within the building/construction materials sector.
