Job Description:

We are looking for a leader, not just a manager. You will be the owner of the store’s commercial success, responsible for driving growth, identifying new market opportunities, and leading a high-performing sales team. If you are a commercially minded, highly driven professional with a background in tech and electronics retail, we invite you to take the helm of our store and turn strategy into measurable profit.

Requirements:

  • Sales Leadership: Drive daily, weekly, and monthly revenue to consistently meet and exceed targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to achieve peak performance.

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing initiatives, product activations, and promotions to boost profitability and market share.

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new business, including corporate partnerships, B2B bulk sales, and strategic collaborations.

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure optimal inventory turnover, maintain high-quality product display standards, and manage day-to-day store operations with maximum efficiency.

  • Performance Analytics: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis. Prepare detailed performance reports for management, tracking key metrics and implementing corrective actions where necessary.

  • Customer Experience: Set the standard for excellent customer service and implement retention strategies to build a loyal customer base.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven leadership in retail sales management, store management, or business development.

  • Industry Focus: Prior experience within the technology, gadgets, electronics, or telecommunications sector is highly preferred.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated track record of leading teams and improving overall business performance.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; ability to make decisions backed by data.

  • Creative Mindset: Ability to develop unique marketing initiatives that resonate with a tech-savvy audience.

  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

₦150,000 - ₦250,000/month
