Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Depot Sales Representative to act as the primary commercial interface at our depot. You will be responsible for driving volume, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring our products are effectively distributed to retailers and walk-in clients. This is an ideal role for a self-motivated professional who thrives on hitting targets and building long-term relationships within the FMCG or distribution landscape.

Requirements:

• Sales Growth: Proactively promote and sell our full product range to existing distributors, retailers, and new walk-in customers.

• Target Achievement: Take full ownership of your monthly and annual sales quotas, ensuring consistent business growth.

• Order Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process—from capturing customer orders to coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

• Market Intelligence: Serve as our eyes and ears on the ground. Gather competitive pricing information and customer feedback to help refine our sales strategy.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales logs and reports to track performance and identify trends.

• Customer Service: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: OND/NCE in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution sectors.
