Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Sales Marketing Manager to anchor the revenue engine of Waterview Apartments. In a specialized luxury landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the conversion and the precision of the asset positioning success is defined by "Luxury Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-end marketing strategies with the clinical precision required for HNI Engagement, Diaspora Penetration, and Sales Velocity. This role is designed for a "Strategic Architect", specifically a professional with 5+ years of high-level real estate experience who can blend "Dealmaking Grit" (closing high-value transactions and managing private showings) with the "Strategic Agility" required to navigate global investment trends and diaspora market partnerships.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Asset Governance

  • Sales Sovereignty: Lead the end-to-end sales strategy for Waterview Apartments with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Velocity."

  • Positioning Architecture: Position Waterview as a premium investment and lifestyle asset, providing the "Structural Foundation" for brand dominance in local and global markets.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Track competitor activity and market trends to refine pricing strategies, ensuring the "Source of Market Positioning" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Relationship Logic

  • Investor Sovereignty: Build and nurture strong relationships with HNI clients and diaspora investors, acting as the primary "Source of Capital Inflow."

  • Engagement Architecture: Drive direct sales through private showings and exclusive events, providing the "Functional Foundation" for high-level client conversion.
