Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Area Sales Manager to anchor the commercial engine of our diagnostics division. In a specialized healthcare landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the placement and the precision of the reagent pull-through success is defined by "Regional Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize territory strategies with the clinical precision required for Distributor Management, Key Account Acquisition, and Sustainable Revenue Growth. This role is designed for a "Commercial Architect", specifically a professional with a Bachelor’s degree (2:1/Upper Credit minimum) and 5+ years of diagnostics experience who can blend "Field Grit" (traveling extensively to engage hospitals and labs) with the "Strategic Agility" required for data-driven forecasting and CRM-led territory management.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Territory Governance

  • Strategy Sovereignty: Develop and execute the assigned territory sales strategy with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Objectives."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (2:1 or Upper Credit minimum). MBA is an advantage.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales/business development specifically within the Diagnostics or Medical Equipment industry.

  • Leadership: Proven success in managing regional sales teams and exceeding targets.
