Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Market Specialist to anchor the growth engine of our software ecosystem in Lagos. In a specialized digital landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the user acquisition and the precision of the localized UX success is defined by "Market Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize global software capabilities with the clinical precision required for Merchant Engagement, Agent Mobilization, and Revenue Growth. This role is designed for a "Growth Architect", specifically a professional with a BA/BSc/HND and 3 years of sales experience who can blend "Commercial Grit" (identifying local merchants and hitting revenue targets) with the "Technical Agility" required to lead live product demonstrations and collaborate with tech teams on localization.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Expansion Governance

  • Growth Sovereignty: Identify and engage local merchants and community organizations with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Market Penetration."

  • Strategy Architecture: Develop localized sales strategies that mirror Nigerian market nuances, providing the "Structural Foundation" for sustainable revenue targets.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Collect and synthesize user feedback from field interactions, ensuring the "Source of Product Optimization" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Training Logic

  • Knowledge Sovereignty: Design and deliver product training for internal and external stakeholders, acting as the primary "Source of Product Mastery."

  • Demonstration Architecture: Lead high-impact online live demonstrations to drive traffic, providing the "Functional Foundation" for prospect conversion.

  • Retention Stewardship: Manage daily follow-ups and client relationships, maintaining the "Source of User Stickiness."

3. Operational Integrity & Tech Power

  • UX Sovereignty: Coordinate with tech teams to optimize the localized user experience, acting as the primary "Source of Cultural Relevance."

  • Agent Architecture: Mobilize and manage Nigerian agents to promote the software system, providing the "Relational Foundation" for scalable distribution.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 3 years of sales and business development experience to accelerate the "Lead-to-Active User" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Regional Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: BA / BSc / HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.

  • Location Focus: Must be Lagos-based with a deep understanding of local merchant dynamics.

  • Technical Power: Ability to lead digital product demos and collaborate on technical UX optimizations.
