Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Sales Executive to anchor the revenue engine of our FMCG operations. In a specialized consumer landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the shelf-turn and the precision of the supply chain success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize edible oil distribution with the clinical precision required for Distributor Management, Merchandising, and Territory Expansion. This role is designed for a "Revenue Architect", specifically a professional with 4+ years of FMCG experience—who can blend "Commercial Grit" (exceeding sales targets and negotiating with wholesalers) with the "Strategic Agility" required to monitor competitor activities and provide high-fidelity market feedback.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Distribution Governance
Target Sovereignty: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the Lagos territory, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Generation."
Relationship Architecture: Develop and manage high-trust relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, providing the "Structural Foundation" for market stability.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure product visibility and availability at all retail outlets, ensuring the "Source of Brand Presence" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Field Logic
Expansion Sovereignty: Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage, acting as the primary "Source of Territory Growth."
Logistics Architecture: Manage stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment, providing the "Functional Foundation" for uninterrupted consumer access.
Intelligence Stewardship: Monitor competitor activities and provide real-time market insights, maintaining the "Source of Strategic Agility."
3. Operational Integrity & Reporting Power
Promotion Sovereignty: Support trade marketing activities and promotional campaigns, acting as the primary "Source of Consumer Engagement."

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Social Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in FMCG sales (Edible Oil experience preferred).
Market Mastery: Deep understanding of Lagos market dynamics and distribution channels.
Technical Power: Strong negotiation, communication, and territory management skills.
