Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive to take charge of our growth strategy. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between product innovation and customer acquisition by designing targeted marketing campaigns, driving high-volume lead generation, and ensuring our sales quotas are consistently exceeded.

Requirements:

• Strategic Growth: Contribute to the design and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies that directly impact the company’s bottom line.

• Sales & Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships; conduct outdoor marketing activities and client meetings to close deals.

• Lead Generation: Support the execution of promotional campaigns and proactive lead generation efforts.

• Technical Support: Serve as a subject matter expert, answering detailed client queries regarding product specifications and application.

• Performance Tracking: Manage sales data, monitor performance against quotas, and present actionable sales reports to management.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research and manage client budgets effectively. Use marketing insights and analytics to recommend strategic improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven work experience as a Marketing Executive.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.

  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.

• Core Competencies:

  • Exceptional communication and high-level project management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

• The "Added Advantage" (Preferred Skills):

  • Strong technical skills in Meta Ads Manager.

  • Proficiency in design tools like Canva.

  • Demonstrable expertise in social media community management (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
