Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, creative, and highly analytical Marketing Strategist to lead our Marketing department. Taking absolute strategic and operational ownership of our brand growth, you will be responsible for setting specific, measurable objectives and developing a cohesive, highly profitable omnichannel marketing blueprint.
This leadership role demands a unique combination of high-level brand visionary and technical performance marketer. You will bridge the gap between rigorous market research and tactical execution designing high-converting digital campaigns, optimizing our web presence, auditing sales/marketing metrics, and managing an agile internal team. Your ultimate mission is to drive continuous web traffic, capture new market opportunities, maximize profitability, and enforce unyielding brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
Requirements:
1. Marketing Architecture & Strategic Planning
Goal Setting & Alignment: Formulate specific, data-driven marketing goals and KPIs that align directly with broader corporate business targets and revenue metrics.
Omnichannel Strategy: Design, deploy, and continuously optimize holistic marketing strategies that integrate digital acquisition pipelines with traditional brand awareness methodologies.
Brand Consistency: Establish, audit, and enforce strict brand guidelines across all marketing channels, ensuring internal teams and external outputs maintain a unified corporate voice.
2. Digital Campaign Management & Web Optimization
Traffic Ingestion Engines: Architect, launch, and monitor high-performance digital marketing campaigns tailored to expand target audience reach, capture high-quality leads, and systematically increase web traffic.
Web Presence Cultivation: Establish a commanding, long-term web presence by collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize web design, user experience (UX), and search visibility.
Platform Management: Leverage advanced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Content Management Systems (CMS) to automate marketing workflows, segment audiences, and streamline content delivery.
3. Market Intelligence, Analytics & Reporting
Data-Forensic Auditing: Rigorously track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, extracting actionable insights to calculate campaign ROI and adjust strategy.
Predictive Trend Forecasting: Monitor local and international industry trends, economic indicators, and competitor movements to forecast shifting consumer behaviors and market demands.
Sourcing New Opportunities: Conduct ongoing market research and diagnostic loops to discover unmapped audience segments, niche demographics, and innovative promotional avenues.
4. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration
Departmental Governance: Supervise and mentor the internal marketing and creative team—allocating responsibilities, tracking daily output targets, and nurturing a culture of innovative idea-sharing.
Feedback Loop Synthesis: Evaluate customer feedback and user review metrics to refine marketing campaigns, optimize product positioning, and drive client satisfaction.
Inter-Departmental Liaising: Partner closely with internal Product, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure marketing campaigns perfectly support ongoing sales cycles and product updates.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Academic Foundations
Degree Baseline: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Information Technology, or a related commercial/quantitative discipline from an accredited institution.
Experience & Proven Footprint
Domain Longevity: Proven, verifiable work experience operating as a successful Marketing Strategist, Marketing Manager, or Senior Growth Marketer.
Campaign Portfolio: Demonstrable success designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with a strong understanding of modern web technologies, online optimization tools, and algorithmic social media trends.
