Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic, highly collaborative, and hands-on Marketing Executive to elevate our market presence and drive consumer engagement for our premium automotive products and services. Based out of our Victoria Island office, you will take operational ownership of our brand and offline marketing engine—bridging the gap between creative campaign design and physical event logistics.
This role is built specifically for a "field-ready" marketer who thrives on tangible brand experiences rather than just behind-the-screen digital ads. You will be the primary driver behind our physical setups, large-scale exhibitions, in-house activations, and branded merchandise distribution. Working with a vibrant, high-energy team, you will turn automotive product specs into compelling offline marketing narratives that drive foot traffic, generate leads, and boost showroom sales.
Requirements:
1. Brand Marketing & High-Impact Campaigns
Campaign Architecture: Formulate, roll out, and manage end-to-end strategic marketing campaigns aimed at amplifying brand equity and promoting specialized automotive products/services.
Asset Synchronization: Supervise the conceptualization, production, and placement of high-quality traditional marketing collateral—including print publications, luxury brochures, billboard assets, and premium branded merchandise.
Brand Voice Governance: Work collaboratively with the internal digital team to ensure that offline activations and traditional print messaging flow seamlessly into our online social media channels.
2. Event Management & Hands-On Logistics
Event Ownership: Take complete charge of the planning, budgeting, vendor selection, and physical execution of high-profile automotive exhibitions, sponsorships, and localized showroom activations.
Heavy-Lift Coordination: Direct the physical setup, asset logistics, and booth staging during live trade shows and community events, demonstrating a practical, "roll-up-your-sleeves" work ethic.
Vendor Operations: Source, negotiate with, and supervise third-party printing agencies, fabrication vendors, and event suppliers to ensure flawless brand staging within approved cost limits.
3. Market Intelligence & Performance Metrics
Field Research: Conduct regular market and competitor analysis across the local automotive landscape, tracking changing customer preferences and competitor campaign tactics to keep our marketing edge sharp.
Cross-Team Integration: Partner closely with internal Sales, Product Specialists, and Service Workshop teams to ensure all marketing events directly fuel the active sales pipeline.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics (such as event foot-traffic conversion, print distribution ROI, and brand recall) to evaluate campaign success and present findings to executive leadership.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Domain Experience
Degree Baseline: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related commercial discipline from an accredited institution.
Professional Longevity: Minimum of three (3) years of progressive, verifiable experience operating as a active Marketing Executive, Brand Specialist, or Event Manager.
Sector Cross-Over: Direct marketing exposure within the automotive sector, luxury mobility, premium retail, or consumer electronics fields will be treated as a major competitive advantage.
Technical Competencies & Skill Matrix
Traditional Marketing Literacy: Master-level understanding of offline marketing strategies, including asset distribution models, B2B print curation, and geographic targeting.
Project Management Depth: Strong organizational agility, capable of coordinating complex event logistics, vendor timelines, and multi-layered event setups simultaneously.
Communication Core: Elite verbal and written English communication skills, paired with a charismatic, persuasive presence suited for high-level networking at corporate exhibitions.
