Job Description:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets aligned with companyobjectives.
- Define and execute the brand’s messaging, value proposition, and visual identity to differentiate INGRYD in the industry.
- Lead SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation (blogs, whitepapers, videos) to drive engagement and leads.
- Track campaign ROI, adjust strategies based on data, andoptimisebudget allocation.
- Identifynew business opportunities, conduct market research, and analyse trends to stay ahead of competitors.
- Oversee the development of high-converting marketing collateral (e.g., case studies and testimonials).
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints (website, social media, campaigns, etc.).
- Work with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that generate leads, enhance conversions, and boost brand visibility.
- Build andmaintainstrong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure new clients andmaintaina healthy sales pipeline.
- Analyse sales data, generate reports, and update management on performance, revenue projections, and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to recommend innovative business solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
- Forge alliances with universities, tech companies, and government bodies to co-create programmes or secure grants.
- Coordinate with the operations teamto ensure seamless execution of programs and meet certification sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a combined Marketing and Sales role, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and meeting or exceeding revenue targets, preferably within the EdTech, Training, or Tech sector.
