We are seeking a high-energy, target-driven Sales Executive to join our elite team of marketers. In this role, you will be more than just a salesperson; you will be a financial advisor, helping clients secure their future through our comprehensive suite of insurance and investment policies.

Requirements:
1. Business Development & Policy Sales
Portfolio Growth: Proactively identify, pitch, and close sales for Leadway’s diverse insurance policies and financial products.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas through aggressive prospecting and relationship management.
Client Advisory: Conduct thorough needs-based assessments to recommend the most suitable policies for individual and corporate clients.
2. Digital Marketing & Modern Outreach
Social Selling: Leverage social media platforms and digital marketing tools to expand your reach beyond traditional cold-calling.
Brand Visibility: Act as a digital ambassador for Leadway, creating engaging content to educate your network on the importance of insurance.
Tech Integration: Use digital tools to track leads and manage client follow-ups efficiently.
3. Relationship Management & Retention
Trust Building: Maintain long-term relationships with policyholders to ensure renewals and facilitate referrals.
Feedback Loop: Work closely with the marketing team to provide insights on market trends and customer needs.
Minimal Supervision: Demonstrate the discipline to manage your daily schedule, meetings, and reports independently.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Mindset: Highly target-driven and resilient with a "hunter" mentality for new business.
Skillset: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Digital Literacy: Proficiency in Social Media/Digital Marketing is a significant advantage.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance, banking, or high-level sales is preferred but not mandatory for a high-potential candidate.
