Our client in the luxury beauty and fragrance industry is seeking a polished, customer-obsessed Retail & Customer Experience Associate. You will be the face of the Abuja store, bridging the gap between high-touch in-store service and modern digital engagement. Requirements:

1. Sensory Sales & Luxury Experience

  • The "High-Touch" Standard: Deliver a warm, sophisticated, and professional welcome to every guest, ensuring the service aligns with global luxury standards.

  • Fragrance Consulting: Use advanced product knowledge to guide customers through the olfactory pyramid, helping them discover scents that resonate with their personal style.

  • Revenue Generation: Consistently meet daily sales targets through confident upselling, cross-selling, and personalized gift recommendations.

  • Aesthetic Stewardship: Maintain a pristine and elegant store environment, ensuring that merchandising and ambiance reflect the brand’s premium identity.

2. Digital Engagement & Community Growth

  • Omnichannel Interaction: Respond to online inquiries and orders via WhatsApp and Instagram with the same level of polish and speed as an in-person interaction.

  • Content Support: Assist in capturing and posting engaging social media content that showcases the store's ambiance and new arrivals.

  • Community Building: Actively engage with our digital community to foster brand affinity and drive foot traffic to the Abuja location.

3. CRM, Intelligence & Operational Excellence

  • Data-Driven Retention: Accurately capture customer preferences and purchase history using CRM tools to facilitate personalized follow-ups and repeat visits.

  • Performance Reporting: Prepare weekly insights on sales trends, customer feedback, and stock movement to support strategic decision-making.

  • Inventory Visibility: Support basic store operations by ensuring stock levels are accurately tracked and organized.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Experience

  • Tenure: Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or premium sales.

  • Proven Results: A demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets while maintaining impeccable service ratings.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in digital tools for customer interaction (Instagram/WhatsApp) and basic data entry/CRM systems.
