Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and "digitally-native" Social Media Customer Support Specialist to manage our online storefront and community. In this role, you will be the direct link between our brand and our customers across all social platforms. Your goal is to provide a seamless shopping experience—from answering product inquiries and accurately processing orders to resolving complaints with professional poise. The ideal candidate is a multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and understands that every comment or DM is an opportunity to build customer loyalty.

Requirements:

1. Digital Inquiry & Order Management

  • Omnichannel Support: Respond to all customer inquiries across Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Twitter with speed and accuracy.

  • Order Orchestration: Confirm customer orders with 100% accuracy, ensuring all product specifications, pricing, and delivery details are verified before processing.

  • Information Expert: Provide clear, persuasive information regarding products, active promotions, and logistics/delivery timelines to drive conversions.

2. Service Excellence & Issue Resolution

  • Conflict Resolution: Handle customer complaints or service issues with a calm, professional attitude, escalating complex cases to management when necessary.

  • Proactive Follow-up: Reach out to customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and encourage repeat business.

  • Engagement: Foster a friendly community environment by engaging with followers in a way that reflects the brand’s voice.

3. Data Integrity & Workflow

  • Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous customer records and order details to ensure the sales database is always up to date.

  • System Efficiency: Utilize smartphones and basic computer applications to manage multiple chats and order logs simultaneously.

Qualifications and Skills:

Profile & Education

  • Location: Must reside in or around Gbagada, Lagos.

  • Experience: Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) is mandatory.

  • Technical Savvy: High proficiency in using smartphones and basic computer applications (MS Excel/Word, Google Sheets).

Core Competencies
