In this dynamic role, you will bridge the gap between our physical café and our digital community. Whether you are welcoming a guest at the door, responding to a DM on Instagram, or stepping behind the bar to assist during a morning rush, your goal is simple: ensure every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. Requirements:
1. Omni-Channel Engagement
First Point of Contact: Handle customer enquiries via phone, in-person, and social media with professionalism, warmth, and "Cafe Aiko" personality.
Social Media Community Management: Promptly manage and respond to messages and comments across all digital channels, ensuring our online community feels heard and valued.
Feedback Loop: Proactively follow up with customers to gather feedback and report suggestions to management to drive continuous service improvement.
2. Hospitality & Service Support
The "All-Rounder" Approach: Step in to support the floor team during peak hours and busy periods to maintain a seamless service flow.
Beverage Mastery: Learn to prepare signature beverages and assist with drink service (Full training provided—you’ll learn the art of the perfect brew!).
Relationship Building: Recognize our regulars and build authentic relationships that turn first-time visitors into loyal fans.
3. Operational Excellence
Pressure Management: Maintain a calm, friendly, and approachable demeanor even during the busiest "rush hours."
Reliability: Uphold high standards of punctuality, professionalism, and team collaboration.
Qualifications and Skills:
Profile & Education
Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
Age Bracket: 25 – 27 years.
Tech Savvy: Active on social media and highly comfortable with digital communication platforms.
Core Competencies
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (must be able to write engaging, friendly social media replies).
Personality: Naturally approachable, energetic, and genuinely passionate about hospitality.
Versatility: A "team player" mindset with the willingness to learn hands-on café skills.
Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but a great attitude is our priority.
