We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- As our Relationship Manager, you’ll play a central role in managing and strengthening partnerships with third-party service providers, including logistics partners, external vendors, infrastructure providers, and payment gateway platforms.
- You'll act as the key liaison between the company and our external ecosystem, ensuring that service levels are maintained, expectations are aligned, and issues are quickly resolved.
- This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, tech-aware, and excellent at stakeholder management, especially in environments involving service agreements and digital transactions.
Responsibilities
Vendor & Partner Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all third-party service providers, including logistics vendors, facility providers, and payment gateway platforms.
- Maintain positive working relationships through regular communication, service reviews, and problem-solving.
- Monitor performance against service-level agreements (SLAs) and escalate issues where necessary.
Payment Gateway Coordination:
- Support the setup, integration, and monitoring of payment gateway services, ensuring smooth transaction processing.
- Liaise with finance, IT, and operations teams to ensure gateway uptime, reporting accuracy, and payment reconciliation.
- Stay updated on fintech trends and new technologies in the digital payment space.
Contract & Compliance Oversight:
- Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to manage contracts, MOUs, and renewals with third-party providers.
- Ensure vendors are compliant with all company policies, regulations, and security standards.
- Track documentation, certifications, and renewal deadlines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal departments — including IT, Admin, Finance, and Customer Support — to align vendor services with operational goals.
- Participate in project planning involving new vendors or infrastructure rollouts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Experience with contract management, payment systems, or vendor compliance is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in vendor management, partner relationship management, business operations, or procurement — ideally within fintech, tech, or logistics sectors.
- Understanding of payment gateway systems, integrations, and digital transaction processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-focused.
Salary
