We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment efforts for both technical and non-technical roles.
- You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, create attractive job postings, source top candidates, and ensure a smooth, professional interview process.
- You must be a natural people connector, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Your impact will be seen in the quality of hires and the speed at which we scale.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Write clear, engaging job descriptions and post roles across job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job platforms, databases, referrals, and networking strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline across multiple functions.
Screening & Selection:
- Review applications and conduct initial screening calls to assess qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and manage communications between candidates and hiring managers.
- Administer relevant assessments, reference checks, and background verifications where applicable.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure every candidate, successful or not, has a respectful and positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Communicate clearly, timely, and professionally at every stage of the recruitment funnel.
- Maintain relationships with past applicants and passive talent for future opportunities.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, metrics, and reports (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness).
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to recruitment strategy and candidate processes.
- Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, ideally in a tech, fintech, or startup environment.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple roles and functions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passionate about people, diversity, and building inclusive teams.
