Job Description:
- Manage guest check-in/check-out, room assignments, and key cards
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and foreign exchange
Requirements:
- Experience in a luxury hotel or resort
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Certification in customer service or hospitality
- Familiarity with property management systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience as a Receptionist in hospitality.
- Certification in hospitality or customer service (desirable)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English (additional languages beneficial)
- Proficient in hotel operating systems (e.g., Opera, Marriott)
